Delete your Niketra account
Request permanent deletion of your Niketra account and the personal data linked to it. You can do this here without installing the app. The same option is in the Niketra app under Profile → Delete account.
What we delete
- Your profile, name, phone number, email and photo
- Your sign-in (phone, Google or email) and all active sessions
- Your saved properties, notifications, drafts and preferences
- Your personal listings and the enquiries/leads received on them
- Your messages in conversations (the other person keeps the conversation; your messages show as removed)
What we may keep
- Payment records and security / fraud-prevention logs, kept only as long as the law or a genuine security need requires, with personal details removed where possible and access restricted
- Moderation and audit records, with your identity detached
- Conversations and visit requests the other person is part of (your details are removed from them)
Your account is deactivated as soon as you submit, so it is hidden from other users, and deletion starts straight away. It is normally finished within minutes; if anything delays it we retry automatically and complete it within 30 days at most. If your account has a verified email address we email you when it is done. Deletion cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy.
