These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Niketra platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
To use Niketra, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our security protocols.
2. Property Listings
Niketra is a discovery platform. We do not own, sell, or manage the properties listed. All listing content is provided by users (owners, agents, developers).

Niketra does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of listings. Users are strictly responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any financial transaction.3. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent activity, data scraping, or unauthorized access to platform internals. We use automated and manual systems to monitor for and prevent platform abuse.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Niketra" name, logo, software architecture, and AI scoring algorithms are the exclusive property of Niketra. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niketra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
