Niketra is an online platform that enables users to browse property listings and connect with property owners, agents, or sellers.

Niketra does not own, sell, or act as an agent for properties listed on the Platform. The Platform acts solely as an information and discovery service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account using:

  • Mobile number with OTP verification
  • Google login

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

4. Property Listings

Property listings on Niketra may be submitted by owners, agents, developers, or other users.

Niketra does not verify or guarantee:

  • Ownership of properties
  • Accuracy of listing information
  • Availability of properties
  • Pricing or legal status

Users are responsible for independently verifying all property details.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading property listings
  • Upload content that violates any law
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to access the Platform without authorization
  • Use automated scraping or bots to extract data

Niketra reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, design elements, and content on the Platform belong to Niketra or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

7. Platform Availability

Niketra may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Niketra is not responsible for:

  • Property transactions between users
  • Disputes between buyers, tenants, owners, or agents
  • Accuracy of user-generated listings

Users interact with other users at their own risk.

9. Termination

Niketra may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
